Devereux is the largest, non-profit provider of behavioral healthcare in the country, operating 15 centers in 11 states. When YOU become our Youth Therapist:
  • You will gain experience in case management as well as individual therapy with youth in treatment homes.
  • You will have the opportunity to practice non-traditional therapy and be able to witness the success of your own therapy when the clients you are working with are placed in a permanent home environment.
  • You will be working for the largest non-profit provider of behavioral healthcare in the country.
  • You report directly to the Clinical Coordinator of Behavioral Health.

  • Personable and able to motivate others, an excellent communicator and collaborator, and a team builder as well as a team player.
  • Excited about participating in the initial development and update of treatment plans.
  • Skilled in coordinating the planning, development, and delivery of therapy services to include family, group and individual therapy.
  • Experienced in providing case management services to clients, families, and agencies to ensure that clients are receiving clinically appropriate, outcome based, and cost effective treatment services.
  • Results-Oriented in maintaining familiarity with all aspects of the client treatment plan.
  • Passionate about coordinating the development of clinically appropriate aftercare plans in collaboration with treatment team, client, family, agency representatives advocates, and community resources.
  • Determined, energetic, and have excellent follow through. You possess a sense of humor as well as a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
