The YOUTH WORKER works as a member of a unit team implementing the Rite Of Passage normative peer culture program. Provides guidance, counseling, mentoring of at-risk youth in a residential, high-school campus setting. Must have ability to engage youth in a positive manner; role modeling to youth through attitude, behavior, language and dress code. Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team setting.
